DIY Immunity Boosting Recipes

‘Health is Wealth’! And in times like these, health is precious. For this, immunity plays a vital role. So here are a few healthy and tasty ‘immune-boosting’ recipes.
Watermelon Mint Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1/2 a watermelon, cubed
- 15-20 ice cubes
- 1/8 teaspoon fine sugar
- A pinch of salt
- The juice of 2 limes
- 1 slice of watermelon & mint leaves to decorate
Method:
- Blend the watermelon and ice cubes till blended well.
- Next, add sugar, salt, and lime juice. Mix well till smooth.
- Pour the juice into a glass and decorate it with slices of watermelon and few mint leaves.

- Banana-Coconut Smoothie
Banana-Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
- 100g coconut yogurt
- 3 tbsp milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk)
- 1 small ripe banana
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp oats
- Juice of ½ a lemon
Instructions:
- Blend coconut yogurt and milk together, and then add banana, honey, oats, and lemon together. Add ice if needed.
- Pour the smoothie into the glass and serve.

- Chia- Berries n’ Cream Pudding
Chia- Berries n’ Cream Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 cup milk
- 3/4 cup strawberries
- 3/4 cup raspberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
Instructions:
- Blend raspberries, strawberries, honey, vanilla, and milk together.
- Then stir in chia seeds.
- Let it set in a container for at least 4 hours.
- Lastly, garnish it with berries and serve chilled.
